How to Find the Right Menstrual Cup for Yourself
It is necessary to measure the height of your cervix first,
then you can pick the right cup for yourself.
You can either use fingers (with Finger Condoms>>) OR a small, simple dildo to measure the height of your cervix: Tantus Silk Silicone Dildo

One joint of your finger: Low Cervix
Two joints of your finger(s): Average/Medium Cervix
Entire Finger(s): High Cervix
Step 1：Wash and clean your hands & fingers (with clean clipped nails) / tool
Step 2：Lube up your fingers or tool with water-based lubricants
Step 3：Insert a single/ double-fingered gun/ the tool into your vagina
Step 4：Keep going in until your fingertip reaches the cervix opening, where tissue feels firmer
• If you cannot reach the cervix opening, it means you have a High Cervix
• If you are inserting a tool to help you measure the length of your cervix, please
“markdown” the area on the tool and compare it with your fingers, so you know the length.
After knowing the length of your cervix, now you can pick the right cup for yourself.
